Description: What different models exist for setting and reinforcing harmonious relations between Councillors and municipal staff; What are the relevant legal, privacy and code of conduct norms governing such relations; Are there effective techniques to resolve problems; Exposure to leadership principles as well as ethics tools like codes of conduct, whistle blower protection programs, integrity seminars, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
