EthicScan will prepare a Sector Diagnosis highlighting problems by sector, which will be discussed by EthicScan and each prospective company through select corporate interviews (Human Resources, Legal) and a benchmark analysis and synthesis of the EthicScan Corporate 1500 DataBase.

This EE&A program is not a glorified EAP. It looks at many alternative advisory tools, benchmarks the company's policies and concerns relative to other like firms, and has a link to corporate policy making, as well as includes training to warrant credibility specifically in ethical analysis and issues.
